Our Beginnings
The Swish story began with a small group of digital brands and an ambition to build practical online services differently.
Leeds, West Yorkshire — 2019
The first chapter began in Leeds with SwishFlix and SwishHost. What started as a lean operation created the early foundations for hosting, digital services and future expansion.
Early Product Momentum — 2020
SwishShop joined the portfolio in January 2020, followed by SwishTech in April and SwishNews in October.
These launches broadened the Group's direction beyond hosting and established the early shape of the wider Swish ecosystem.

The Expansion Years
As the portfolio grew, the Group expanded its operational reach, leadership structure and range of services.
European Growth — March 2022
A European office opened in Heerlen, Netherlands, supporting operations, partnerships and future development across the European Union.
Leadership Evolution — 2023
Sara Mullers became Group CEO in January 2023. SwishJustice joined the Group in April, and James van Houten became Group CEO in May.
Communications Growth — 2024
SwishEmail joined the Group in November 2024, extending the portfolio into privacy-focused communications and email services.

From Leeds to Lexington
The incorporation of Swish World Group Inc. in Kentucky marked the beginning of the Group's present legal identity and international corporate structure.
Incorporated in Kentucky
Swish World Group Inc. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on 27 January 2025.
The incorporation established the sole parent company of the modern Swish World Group.
Lexington Becomes Global Headquarters
Lexington became the legal seat, global headquarters and executive centre of Swish World Group Inc.
From Kentucky, the Group now directs its worldwide strategy, governance, investment and development.

Kentucky offers a central American location, strong transport connections and a long tradition of enterprise, industry and practical ambition.

Swish2030 was created as a five-year transformation programme focused on replacing legacy systems with custom platforms, modern interfaces and stronger internal infrastructure.
Infrastructure, Scale and Control
The programme prioritises infrastructure ownership, modern APIs, improved security, faster provisioning, better dashboards, simpler checkout and greater customer control.
Work Already Underway
Swish2030 work is already underway across SwishHost, SwishTech, SwishShop, SwishTelecoms, SwishEmail and SwishDNS, with further services scheduled to follow.
