Opened a European office in Heerlen, Netherlands, expanding operational reach and partner networks across the EU.

April 2023: SwishJustice joined the group.
May 2023: James van Houten became Group CEO.
SwishEmail joined the group, extending our privacy-first communications footprint.
We moved our Global Headquarters to Lexington, Kentucky (United States), aligning our operating base with long-term product, talent, and growth objectives.
SwishID soft-launched, extending our identity and access efforts across the ecosystem.
Following the move to Lexington, Swish World Group launched Swish2030: a five-year, $40 million transformation plan to rebuild every Swish service from legacy WordPress-heavy and WooCommerce-based systems into fully custom backend and frontend platforms.
Swish2030 is both an execution plan and a brand-building campaign, focused on infrastructure ownership, modern APIs, stronger security, faster provisioning, better dashboards, simpler checkout, and improved customer control across the Group.
SwishHost, SwishTech, SwishShop, SwishTelecoms, SwishEmail, and SwishDNS have already been rebuilt as part of the Swish2030 programme, with SwishNews planned as the next major rebuild.
